Missing Weekly Reward Quest item

Upon completing my weekly quest i was given a high_iv_Shiny_Voucher but nothing appeared in my inventory.

Steps to Reproduce

Started my mine 2500 blocks weekly quest Completed my mine 2500 blocks weekly quest Cleared my inventory Collected my weekly quest Was rewarded with high_iv_Shiny_Voucher Nothing appeared in my inventory
