The Sketchy Trader (like Xur from Destiny)

Add an NPC that appears on Fridays and hangs out for the weekend then leave this NPC would carry unique and random goods Kind of like the black market from Anubis but more like Xur from destiny. IDK how feasible this is but i think it would be a fun consempt to bring people to play for more active days. IDK just a thought
